Our apartment in Guardamar comes fully equipped with everything you should need to make your self catering holiday in Spain just perfect. So when you rent our Guardamar apartment for your holiday in the sun you should have more room in your case for the sun tan lotion and personal extras.

We want your holiday in the beautiful Costa Blanca resort of Guardamar del Segura to be an enjoyable one. We appreciate that you have a choice of apartments to consider and thank you for taking the time to look at ours. We have gone to every effort to furnish our Guardamar apartment to a high standard in order that you will be able to relax and enjoy the facilities on offer.

The Kitchen

The kitchen in our Guardamar apartment The Kitchen in our apartment in Guardamar comes equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, full sized hob and oven, and a large fridge freezer and all the other items you would expect, crockery, cutlery, cooking implements tea towels etc. A door opens into a separate laundry room where you will find an automatic washing machine and a deep laundry sink.

It is bright and modern with all the facilities you will need to allow you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the terrace and make the most of your holiday in Spain and the warm Costa Blanca sunshine as you enjoy the views over the forest to the sea.

The kitchen is open plan into the front room to allow you to socialise if you are the allocated chef for the day. You will still be able to enjoy the warm Costa Blanca sunshine that will shine through the large windows at the front of the apartment.

The Lounge

The lounge in our apartment in Guardamar from the kitchen The lounge is beautifully bright and enjoys the sunshine from daybreak. At the end of the room are large full height windows, these can be opened to allow you to appreciate the warm sea breeze from across the forest. Next to the windows a door separates the lounge from the large sun terrace.

The lounge also has a dining area near to the kitchen this is equipped with a dining table and four chairs and allows for easy serving from the counter top in the kitchen.

The lounge in our apartment in Guardamar to the kitchen The lounge is equipped with a large sofa and a separate rocking chair there is also a CD player with iPod dock, radio, 32 inch LCD TV (sorry TV is new, and a new photo is needed) and a DVD player. We have a selection of CD's and DVD's for you to use whilst on your stay in the apartment should you wish to. There are two large ceiling fans to keep the room cool in the hot summer months, air conditioning is also available on request.

The Balcony/Sun Terrace

The 5 metre balcony is perfect for taking breakfast in the sunshine Walk through the door from the lounge and you will be able to enjoy the beautiful views across Guardamar del Segura's "Parque Natural" to the sea and Marina. Soak up the Costa Blanca sunshine whilst you top up on your tan. The terrace is quite secluded as you are not overlooked from the front due to the apartment being front line.

The balcony benefits from toughened solar glass which means that even your legs will get tanned whilst sitting down and sipping a glass of one of the locally produced wines and snacking on some of the wonderful local produce. The terrace is approximately 15 feet long with so there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the great sea views and sunshine that Guardamar del Segura has to offer.

The Bathroom

Our Guardamar apartment has a bath and shower The bathroom in our holiday apartment in Guardamar del Segura is nice and bright which makes it perfect for applying make up. As it is not an internal room it benefits from natural light from it's own window. It is close to both of the apartment's bedrooms for easy access during the night.

It comes fully equipped with a full sized, powerful walk in shower a toilet and sink. There is also adequate shelving to hold all your bathroom essentials for easy access.

The price you pay for the rental in our apartment in Guardamar includes all bathroom towels, face cloths and even beach towels giving you more space in your suitcases to pack all those holiday essentials!

The Master Bedroom

The master bedroom in our self catering apartment in Spain The master bedroom is a large room with a double bed, a full length mirror, a full size built in double wardrobe and plenty of drawer space to house all of your new holiday outfits and shoes! On the bed is a British Sleepeze Mattress to ensure that you have a comfortable nights sleep. There is also a ceiling fan to keep you cool. All bed linen for both bedrooms is included in the cost of your holiday rental. There is also a 19 inch LCD TV/DVD combi for late nights or cuddly mornings.

The bedroom benefits from the same fantastic views that you would get from the sun terrace and the same privacy. You can leave the shutters open if you wish without fear of being looked in on as the only spectators you will come across will be the birds sitting in the trees opposite.

From the bedroom you will be able to watch the sun rise over the southern Costa Blanca shoreline and enjoy the sunshine that falls on the sun terrace until mid afternoon.

The Second Bedroom

The second bedroom in our self catering apartment in Spain The second bedroom is a good size with two single beds, drawer and storage facilities. The bedroom is ideal for children or adults as the beds can easily be pushed together if required. There is also a ceiling fan to keep you cool.

The second bedroom benefits from the same level of privacy, allowing you to sleep comfortably with the windows and shutters open if desired.

Like the master bedroom, the views over the "parque natural" to the sea are stunning at any time of the day. In the morning you can catch the sunrise and in the evening you can see the twinkling lights from the Marina.

If you decide to stay in our holiday apartment in Guardamar del Segura you will not be disappointed. There are some fantastic things to see in Guardamar, and the surrounding area of the southern Costa Blanca is both interesting and beautiful.
